“Ken was an excellent maths tutor for my child for his GCSE's. He was knowledgeable, always prepared for the lesson and very accommodating to our schedule. He responded promptly to any queries in a professional manner. I highly recommend.”

Hi, I’m Ken, a third-year medical student at Hull-York Medical School with a passion for helping students thrive.
I’ve been tutoring Maths, Biology and Chemistry for several years, supporting students from Year 7 to Year 13. Having recently gone through the same academic journey myself, I bring a relatable, patient and encouraging approach to every lesson.
My goal is to make learning engaging, build confidence, and help students develop the problem-solving skills they need to succeed.

We understand the gravity of medical school admissions. This is a rigorous, twelve-week engagement requiring significant dedication from both student and family. Below are transparent, clinical details regarding our methodologies, guarantees, and vetting protocols.
Our guarantee is clinical and conditional. Students who successfully complete 100% of the MedPathway Blueprint curriculum, submit all assignments, and attend mandatory sessions will achieve their target grades. If they do not, we provide continued elite coaching at no additional cost until those metrics are met.
We treat the UCAT as a cognitive endurance test rather than a traditional knowledge exam. Our mentors utilize timed, pattern-recognition drills and high-yield question banks, focusing exclusively on the top-decile answering strategies required by elite medical schools like Oxford and Imperial.
Extremely rigorous. We accept fewer than 3% of applicants. Every mentor is a current medical student or doctor from Oxford, Cambridge, or Imperial, who has been heavily vetted for both academic pedigree and pedagogical empathy.
It is our proprietary teaching framework. Our curriculum is designed in consultation with former medical board examiners, ensuring students are taught not just the syllabus, but the specific phrasing, keywords, and structural formats that examiners award maximum marks for.
Students should expect a rigorous commitment of 4-6 hours per week outside of their regular schoolwork. This includes intensive 1-on-1 coaching, timed assessments, and guided autonomous study through our clinical curriculum portal.
We operate under strict GDPR compliance and align our confidentiality protocols with General Medical Council (GMC) professional standards. All academic assessments, medical school application strategies, and personal family data are strictly protected and never shared.
